Karen Stone

With over 35 years in global tech leadership and a 5th Dan Black Belt, Karen fused her corporate experience with decades of practicing martial arts to uncover the secret to sustainable high performance - integrating science and practice. As an NLP Master Practitioner, certified coach across multiple frameworks, and Prosci Change Management practitioner, she leverages behavioural psychology and neuroscience to empower leaders, influencers and change-makers to continuously evolve and excel.

  • Who is this course for?

  • When does the next course start?

  • Are sessions live or pre-recorded video? Can we ask questions?
    All sessions are live via Zoom and discussion, reflection and practice are essential elements of the live sessions
  • Will we actually be working directly with the coach?
    You'll work directly with Karen; the first session prior to the start of the live programme is to uncover your priority outcomes and current challenges. The second, around the mid-way point is to uncover roadblocks and celebrate progress and the final coaching session follows the last live workshop to ensure you're ready and equipped with your change plan to run in your team/business.
  • Will the sessions be recorded if we can't attend?
    All sessions will be recorded and available for you to re-watch as required.
  • What is the selection criteria for the course?
    Participants need to have a key challenge that's addressable with the programme content. You should be able to commit to the full programme and coaching and be prepared to 'do the doing'; it's not a programme for those who only want to absorb information, it's about practice and application and creating new habits/
  • When do the sessions take place?
    Weekly on Thursdays 14:00-15:30 GMT
